Every challenge hits a rough patch. Losing focus, finding the book boring, or struggling to make time doesn’t mean you’ve failed — it means you’re discovering your actual reading style.
If you missed a day:
Never miss twice. Jump back in the next day with your reading. One missed day doesn’t erase the habit — only repeated missing does.
If motivation dropped:
You might have picked the wrong book. Switch to something you’re genuinely excited about. Life’s too short to force yourself through a book you hate.
If the habit felt too hard:
Drop to Level 1. Reading 20 pages is enough. Let go of perfectionism and focus on consistency.
